Key Responsibilities

To lead the group in handling the product development requirements of key plantation accounts from identification of commercially viable products,  sourcing, registration, field trials,  and final recommendation to use these products by the plantation accounts and supervise the Product Development Executives by giving them directions and supervision in performing their works. Coordinate with the Commercial team in developing the plantation market through technical servicing to the plantation customers.

Qualifications:

  • BS Agriculture, BS Agricultural Engineering, or any 4-year course relating to crop protection or agribusiness
  • 1-2 years actual working experience preferably in a crop protection company

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting field personnel in their demand creation activities, organize product stewardship and training programs for new and existing products, and serve as technical person in product presentation, launching and seminars.

Qualifications:

  • MS degree in Agronomy, Plant Pathology, in Entomology or in Horticulture and or equivalent experience in the field;
  • Posses a strong  technical know how on crop management;
  • Knows how to train Sales Representatives, facilitate farmers’ meetings and persuade farmers;

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling day to day tasks and transactions related to General Accounting, Accounts Payables and Receivables and Taxation and shall work under the Finance and Accounting Department.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or its equivalent;
